Drawing to a Close

Here we are, the end of another year!

I am at heart, a sentimental soul. This time of year always feels very reflective. It is hard to not do this as we say goodbye to another period of time. Whilst nothing much changes as the calendar ticks towards the new year, I always feel a sense of responsibility for the time spent.

One of the things that I try and do with my time on earth, is make other people’s time on earth more enjoyable.

With that in mind, I would urge you to capitalise on the energy that is wafting around and reflect on the past year. I don’t think there is a better time to focus and celebrate the wins you have had over the past 12 months. This is big and small, and all that exists in between.

If you want a serotonin boost, that makes a meh year like 2021 feel sensational, then you need to list all the things that have made you smile, laugh or do one of those awkward air punch things. Bringing these things together creates more of a mental-health focused personal version of the Spotify wrapped!

So as the year draws to a close, what are you going to be remembering, that made the last trip around the sun so special? Today is the 351st day of the year, so you have the time to give yourself the boost you need to celebrate the amazing things you do!

That's it from me today, short and sweet, but I want to wish you a wonderful end of the year, and a divine holiday season. I will see you here again in 2022…
